1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All items will be shipped VIA USPS Priority OR First Class & UPS

Please check the description of each item that is purchased to find out processing time. Most items can be made within 1-3 days, coasters will take 3-5 days to make, tumblers will take about 2-3 weeks to make.

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive. 

Note: Harper Gray Creations is closed on weekends and public holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. 

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Please allow the above time for your order to be made, once order is complete you will receive an email confirmation of shipment and tracking information VIA USPS.

3. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards and paypal.

4. RETURNS

- Once your item is received you must contact me within 48 hours to let me know if there was a damage during the shipping process. I check the order over multiple times as well as take pictures of them prior to shipping. After that 48 hours there will be no replacements issued.

​If there is a damage, I will need to receive pictures of the shipping box and damaged cup to file a claim with USPS. Please send to harpergraycreations@gmail.com
